Production and delivery

Past Youth is a small clothing business, and our pieces are produced after you order. Please allow around 5–7 business days for fulfillment. Our current estimated time from placing an order to receiving it in the United States is 2–3 weeks in total, including fulfillment and shipping.

We are a small team, and higher order volumes can affect turnaround times. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a product has a different timeframe, we will state it on its product page. International delivery can take longer; available estimates and options are shown at checkout where provided.

Shipping costs and tracking

Shipping options and any charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offer is subject to the eligibility shown at checkout.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. A label may be created before the carrier receives the parcel, so the first tracking update may take a little time. Items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking details.

If an order is delayed

If we cannot ship within the timeframe we promised, we will let you know, provide an updated estimate, and explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund, as required by applicable law.

If tracking stops updating or an order is taking longer than expected, email veloursupportz@gmail.com with your order number. We will check with our fulfillment partner or the carrier and help you resolve it.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We will try to make the change, but it may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check your delivery area, household, and building reception, then contact us. We will help investigate. If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect, we will explain the available options and any additional shipping cost before asking you to pay it.

International orders

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Duties and import taxes collected at checkout will appear in your order total. Where they are not collected, local authorities or the carrier may require payment before delivery. Customs processing may add time to delivery.
