These terms explain how shopping with Past Youth works. They apply to orders placed on pastyouth.com. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Our store

Past Youth sells clothing through a store hosted by Shopify. You must be legally able to make a purchase, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

Products and prices

Product details, prices, and available options are shown on each product page. Colors can look different on different screens. Check the measurements and care instructions before ordering. These normal differences do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

The currency and total payable are shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and any duties collected by the store are displayed before payment. Prices and offers may change for future purchases.

Orders

We may need to contact you if an item becomes unavailable, an order contains a clear pricing error, or payment cannot be verified. We will explain the issue and will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any related charges that must be refunded.

Shipping, return, and cancellation details are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Changes to these terms will not remove rights that applied to an order you already placed.

Using our website

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or use it for unlawful purposes. Our branding, original designs, photographs, and website content may not be used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Customer reviews

Reviews should reflect your own experience. Only upload words, photographs, or videos that you have the right to share. Do not post private information about other people, spam, or abusive content. By submitting a review, you allow us and our review service provider to display that review and its accompanying media with your chosen public name. We may moderate content that violates these rules; a negative rating alone is not a reason to remove a review.
